We are 4 days away from the most anticipated event of the summer, Packwood Grand! Packwood is also in its 4th year and each year they keep bring us more fun, fashion and festivities!

This year - in tandem with Saks Fifth Avenue Calgary - we are hosting the annual Style Stakes Awards. There are two awards to be won, one for the ladies and one for the gents, each getting a $500 gift card to Saks!

Entering is simplified this year and we have listed the details below:
- Dress in your best! *scroll down for what to wear tips
- Take a picture of your outfit
- Post it to Instagram with the hashtag #packwoodgrand
- Stay to hear us announce the winners near the end of the day!
We know all of you stylish YYC’ers have some great ideas on what to wear but we wanted to provide you some tips on do’s and dont’s.
Unisex:
- Wear lots of colour!
- Mix and match patterns
- Wear a hat, fascinator or headpiece
- Don’t wear sunglasses with your head accessories
Ladies:
- Wear stacked heels, wedges or perhaps oxford flats
- Bring a small bag such as a belt bag, crossbody or clutch
- Find inspiration in images of the Kentucky Derby
- Don’t wear stilettos (if you want to survive the day)
Gents:
- Have fun with your outfit ie. colour and pattern!
- Wear a belt or suspenders
- Wear ‘no see’ socks with loafers or oxfords
- Don’t wear jeans
